PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>19 Feb TVCUNY</p> <p> </p> <p>Initial Departing 7:55 am</p> <p>Only boarded at 9h30</p> <p>Landed at 10h45</p> <p> </p> <p>Was travelling with a year 3 year old.</p> <p> </p> <p>I live in Overport had to leave home at 6h30 to be in time for my flight at 7h55. I was travelling alone with my toddler who I had to wake up at 5am.</p> <p>And only to reach the airport and was informed flight is delayed. This was my child 1st time experience to board a flight, but he ended up irritable and miserable waiting.</p> <p> </p> <p>The total cost for my return flight with Kuala was R2503 for both of us and my taxi fee was another R500.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was travelling to Sun City my family had to change to plans to accommodate me.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is totally unacceptable please can review this and please can I be compensated for the delay</p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p>
