Pathetic servi e

I went to check-in 30min before the flight at O R Thambo. Domestic flights generally give you the check-in time of half hour before a domestic flight, not kulula. I asked them if they could check my wife and I in as we didnt have luggage. They were absolutely unhelpful rude and indifferent to us. I told them that there is still 25 to 30 min before the flight and if they checked me in it will take me 5 to 10 min to reach the gate about 20 min before the flight. They coldly asked me to book another ticket. Most pathetic customer service ever by a domestic air line.
