Pathetic delays in flights continuously and no sympathy or compensation.

Terribly bad service from Kulula. So my dad flew out from lanseria on Wednesday evening pass. His flight was delayed from 8pm until 12.40am. He waited on the airport for 4hrs and 40 mins and no compensation whatsoever and my dad is a pensioner . Then my husband flew back from Durban also on a kulula flight this evening and his flight was meant to be at 18.55 , I have just received a 3rd notification that his flight is further delayed . Absolutely shocking service from kulula and no compensation for their clients that keep the airlines in business . We always only fly kulula but now, who knows
