Pathetic customer service

Don't waste your time booking with kulula, the staff is of no assistance, we were running late due to an emergency, I called in 50 minutes before departure to make arrangements and the lady named Amanda confirmed if I am there before 8.40 and have checked in which I did, they will be able to assist me. Upon my arrival, the staff was useless and unprofessional. She did not mention to me that I should go straight to the boarding gate over the phone, when I reached there, which was before 8.40 she refused to assist me all I got from her was attitude. I believe as a customer we should be given solutions instead of a cold shoulder. And another thing when I requested the voice recording of our call she said they cannot assist because the calls are not recorded. Im absolutely disappointed with the service we received and the money lost and I would like Kulula to get back to me with a solution!!!
