Pathetic Customer Service

Boarding time to Durban is from 15:45 for 16:15 flight. Only at 15:55 passengers are informed of a flight delay...15minutes delay.....ladies at the boarding desk...absolutely carefree attitude...not surprising for South African culture. Ironically when as a passenger u are few minutes late u dont board.......FIX IT....
