Pathetic call centre service

I purchased a return flight ticket from OR Tambo to King Shaka,the ticket was purchased for going to run Comrades Marathon 2020,which was cancelled. I phone kulula to freeze my ticket which was done on the 7th of June 2021 which was valid for 6 months. Today being the 7th December 2021,I tried calling Kulula to make a booking using the ticket,I first called and was on hold for over 35min,when after they automated service informed me that the a what waiting time is 15min. My call was answer after 35min but no one was talking and they hanged up my call,I called again and was placed on hold for 35min again,eventually the call was answered and hanged up AGAIN. This is pathetic service and I’m afraid when they eventually answer my call they will inform me that my ticket has expired . My booking reference number is GXSFHV
