Pathetic airline with zero customer service

This airline is really pathetic,I booked flight to fly from Cape Town to JHB this morning, immediately after I checked in flight was canceled delayed till 1h30pm from 9am in the morning,I canceled that flight together with the returning flight, apparently you can only cancel via email and they don't even have decency to respond to such email or give reference number, anyone willing to have a safe flight please stay away from this sham,3 weeks back it was the same thing they even left our luggage in Cape Town and blamed the conveyer belt,this airline is a full up rather stick with SAA or Flysafair
