Pathetic Airline!

I wish I could rate this company zero because that’s what they deserve!!! My partner and I are frequent flyers on the Durban / Johannesburg route and it’s unfortunate that we still use this airline despite all it’s inconveniences, delays etc but this was our very last straw and we will never use them again!!! My partner had booked a return flight from Durban to Johannesburg. He missed his flight coming to Johannesburg but little did he know that this would mean forfeiting the return flight back to Durban. When he went to the check in counter at the airport to board his flight going back to Durban, he was told that he had forfeited the flight as he missed the first flight. Surely this is against the Consumer Protection Act! He had to PAY for another flight and the reasons cited were ‘because he missed the first flight’. We will never make use of this company again!
