Pathetic Airline

Absolutely Shocking Service from Kulula! Few days prior to our flight 4 Dec we get an SMS to say the flight has been moved to 9:45. Then while at the airport waiting for that flight we get an SMS to say the flight is delayed and will now be at 11:45. Then we go queue and receive yet another sms saying its delayed till 12:45. The problem is there is no one there that explains WHY we were delayed. This leaves everyone frustrated. All you get is a SMS and when trying to call the number on that sms no one answers. We finally got to our hotel at 17:00. Could just as well driven to CPT Ourselves. I will not be flying Kulula again. Good luck in keeping your business open for another year!
