PATHETIC AIRHOSTESS SERVICES

<p>On Saterday the 20th of August my wife was onboared khulula flight MN633 from Johannesburg to Durban. Upon boarding the plane she had hurt her arm and asked the most unfriendly stuck up airhostess for assistance in helping her load her hand luggage into the compartments to which the hostess bluntly REFUSED telling my wife she is more then capable of doing it herself! The on flight manager was then called she ended up giving my wife a lecture of how it is not the job of the airhostess to assist to load hand luggage. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Please help!</p> <p> </p>
