Pathetic

I had my flight’s cancelled due to covid in July 2021 and after months of requesting for my travel bank credit it was finally done in October and when I try to use my credit for my December trip my travel bank has zero credit ( apparently it expired on the 4th of December) how???as far as stated in your website the credit is supposed to be valid for 12 months…please let me know if my maths is failing me? I am very upset as this is ruining my holiday plans.I’ve sent several emails and even sent a complaint to *** and have had no response…why are we even using this airline coz they just don’t give a **** about people
