Passing the Busk

HI<br> <br> I wanted to make a booking to go on holiday via the call center because the Kuluamobi app is not very user friendly.I help on for 20 minutes being transferred from 1 person to the other like a hot potato. I get through to Danielle from the holiday package department she answers the phone hello who is this and what do u want . Do u call that service. I am so upset because not 1 consultant was able to assists with a simple booking. I will rather go else where . If this is the type of service that they are rendering to clients they can close their doors.<br> Its unacceptable. I must hold than i am transferred than hold than transferred without any assistance.
