Passanger name change
Good evening.<br> I bought a ticket for someone I was supposed to travel with to the Jazz festival. The flight is from Cape Town to OR Tambo Intl. Due to life's changes and challenges this particular individual will no longer be attending and therefore will not be attending. I have since found another travelling partner. With Kulula's no change Policy I was informed the R798 I paid is therefore forfeited? in this economic climate I must buy another Ticket same flight why cant I be granted to change name? at cost is possible? paying another R798 is really unfair I don't want to cancel . there is no way the individual I first bought the ticket will use it in the next year.<br> <br> I have planned this trip over 3 years please Kulula have a heart/mercy

I do understand your frustration in this regard and that your circumstances has changed . We do have a page on our website whereby the name change policy is explained. You have also agreed to this terms and conditions, once the booking was confirmed.
Name corrections are free but name changes are not allowed. If one needs to make a name correction, you'll have to call our Contact Centre on 0861 KULULA (585852) for assistance. We will permit name corrections in the following instances:
o Spelling changes/spelling error corrections
o Changes to last name due to marriage/divorce (Proof must be supp****)
o Changes to prefixes (Mr. ? Dr.)
o Changes to suffixes (add MSTR)
o Swapping last name and first name around
