Paid for but did not receive premium seats

The most ***********, devious airline I have had the misfortune to deal with. Besides also waiting over 20mins when phoning the call centre, and also being cut-off more than once, the people 'assisting' have been unable to do just that. However, my biggest concern, is paying for premium seats and not being given them which for me, requires to be urgently investigated by the authorities. I will also be interested to hear if this has happened to anyone else. Fly SAFAIR if you can.
