Paid Airline Tickets to be refunded.

I had flights booked for April 2020 and due to Corona I phoned the call center, this was pre-lock down and was assisted to put the tickets on hold. Lockdown happened and the announcements was made that the company is going under business rescue, which we all understand but now when the country moved to Level 2 , Kulula and Comair is still under business rescue, numerous emails (which you get an automated response from) phone lines not taking calls only a voice that say stay save till we go to the sky again. When will the answers be given, is my tickets lost in a system. When will the numerous people with tickets be assisted. Why is the airline not operating , when will I be able to maybe use my PAID tickets, will I get refunded.
