Overweight luggage

To whom this may concern........

I am very disappointed in Brtitish Airways and kulula.

I booked a flight with Kulula from PE to Cape Town on flight nr BA6324. I am traveling with my 2 year old daughter and being a single parent I want to travel as convenient as possible and by doing so I always pack all our clothes into one bag.

Upon arriving at PE Airport I was shocked to find out that my bag was over weight. How do you expect my 2 year old to carry her own bag? ?????

I had to pay extra for our bag being 5kg overweight baring in mind that I paid full price for my daughters ticket.
