Overweight charge
What a load of nonsense, my wife flew down to Cape Town with my two sons, and got charged R250.00 for being 4.1kg overweight (bag was 24.1kgs) with one suitcase for the three of them. The logic is that they should have had a suitcase each, each weighing less than 20kg's (immaterial of size). The comment was, 'either remove items, or go and buy another suitcase'. How absurd!!!
