Overbooked flights

Had the most pathetic service with Kulula Airlines, overbooked flight and bumped to next flight. Excuse was it is normal airline practice. Asked how often they do this: "always" was the answer. Bought my ticket almost a month in advance, but they still did not give me a second thought. Will never fly with them again and never recommend anyone to fly with Kulula. Pathetic!!!!
