Overbooked flight!

<p>I'm a frequent flyer and have never been treated so poorly by any airline before! The supervisors at Lanseria airport have no consumer approach. They overbooked the flight I was on by almost 20people! 20people! It's unheard of. I get to the airport, rushing to spend time with my daughter due to her illness and then get told the flight is full! Why does this happen? I've been told it's a standard practice but I'm pretty sure not by this amount. I'm livid. As we speak no one comes to you and tells you what the hell is going on. One just has to stand around and wait for Lord knows what! I'm extremely disappointed in the service.</p>
