Over promise, under deliver

Kulula's service is pathetic. I've been trying to get through to their call centre for 4 days now to change flights dates and have not got through once. I have already lost one plane ticket that was booked for Tuesday. Their systems also do not match their commitment. They say you can change dates for free during this period of the pandemic, however when I tried to change the dates online they wanted to charge an additional R530. Come on Kulula, we are all in this together. IF your call centre is taking strain get some more people.
