Over booking is iniqutous; keeping my money interest free is theft!

<p>I booked and paid for a flight on Kulula on Feb 15 for a trip to CT on Feb 24. I arrived 1.5 hours early at ORT, to be told I was bumped and that I should wait 4 hours for the next flight. As that meant I was to miss my meeting, I cancelled. I was offered a paltry R800 as a discount on my next Kulula flight, a bit useless as I intend not to use them again. Worse, after taking my money (over the internet, 5 seconds) telling me within 10 seconds of checking in that I was bumped, I now wait for over a month for a refund.
