My husband boarded a plain this morning. On the plain they announced that cell phones need to be switched off while he was busy switching off his phone ( he has a pass code he needs to enter it) a flight attendant approached him and rudely demanded him to switch off his phone, he tried to explain that he is doing so she shouted to him to switch off his phone when he got angry and said I am busy putting off my f****** phone. She them threatened to put him off the plain when another attendant approached and rudely asked what the problem is and the bickering continued until the first flight attendant told him \watch what I'm going to do now"they stopped the plain in the middle of the aeroplane and had police escort him back as they said he is a danger to the attendants. He spoke to a supervisor or manager at the offices which then told him he doesn't want to hear his stories. When he asked for a refund as he booked a return he got given a small little paper with a ref no and tel no and got told to phone them for a refund. Well I contacted them they said they first have to investigate????? Whats there to investigate???"""
