OOPs Technical Issue on Kulula

I don’t see the point anymore of having vitality or booking flights via Kulula, because when you want to use it, there’s always an issue. We tried to book flights this morning, got a great deal. Received the same error and OOPS from Kulula, however I haven’t received the reversal. I contacted Kulula who said it was Discovery. Called Discovery who said it was Kulula. Why should i have to be penalized for their technical issues. I’m sure tomorrow when they finally get their systems up, the price would have increased by 20 - 30%.
