Not keeping to their own schedules costing people money

Very poor service. We were scheduled to board at 11:45. 11:25 I received an sms they are boarding while we were still waiting for our food at wimpy. Had to pay for food we couldn't eat. Staff at boardin was very rude and couldn't explain why we boarded earlier and said it wasn't her problem that my kids didn't eat. Don't think I want to use Kulula ever again. Very dissatified and feel ******. Lets hope we land in one piece.
