Not honouring the promise

i booked a flight for my mom and the helper who we employed to assist her while she is in Johannesburg on the 20th August 2018 from East London to Johannesburg for the 29th August 2018 at 18h00 and unfortunately she got ill early hours of the 21st and an ambulance was called and was admitted in East London Hospital. Hence she's ill and wheelchair bound we agreed as family that let me cancel the Johannesburg visit and i called the airline and i spoke with Zandile Khumalo and the flight tickets were cancelled and she requested an admission letter with a hospital stamp. When i communicated with the hospital they told me they dont have those forms anymore hence they are doing things electronically and they furnished me with a file that contains all the information of the patient with admission date and discharged and with a hospital stamp. Now i am told that its rejected whereas the information is there. The amount the Kulula.com airline is owing me is R1186.72 that is for two people. I need my money as the proof is submitted.
