NOT HELPING - Taking advantage when we actually need help

Not willing to help me change a flight to a different date for the price reflecting on their website, charging me more than the amount paid and that they are advertising. Blaming it on their system and the class booking. Then making me hold on the phone for almost an hour and not wanting me to speak to a manager. Seriously disappointing wont be using them again.
