NOT ALLOWED ON FLIGHT

Hi <br> <br> I now have to complain about Kulula through Hello Peter as their feedback system is absolutely disgusting. I have emailed kulula twice and there is still no response , clearly Kulula lacks customer service in all aspects. On Sunday 15 February 2015 . my friends and i were booked for the 20:20 flight from Johannesburg to Durban departing OR tambo international. as being held up by traffic on the way we got to the check in between 19:50 and 19:55 . as we do understand we have to be checked in 30 minutes before the flight. we were still there way in advance . we were refused to be let on to the flight. we even suggested we take our bags as hand luggage as we carried small bags. but they refused . There have been numerous times where i have seen people being let onto flights 5-10 minutes before check in ends. and a flight will hardly ever take off at the exact time as scheduled. the lady at check in had a terrible attitude as well.
