Non Existent service from Kulula.com

I have been trying to phone Kulula since (before lockdown) March 2020 to cancel a flight that I have booked for the end of March. I kept getting an answering service and no-one ever picked up the phone. I have a ticket that was booked that I have been trying to get refunded for or get a voucher. Now that Kulula is under business rescue I still cant speak to an operator to sort out my refund. I am finding this whole process very unprofessional and frustrating. To make it even worse DIscovery Health Travel department is unable to help me as well.
