Non existent of Special Assistance.

I really wish I could give Kulula's special assistance (non) service a better rating. I booked our books and paid extra for the extra leg room. I app**** for the special assistance. I have a broken femur and my leg is in a brace. I was told I can't sit in the pre-paid booked seats and was told our sitting was changed. Guess what , that was not gone. On arrival, we were given seating on wrong side of the plane for me to get my leg in. All we got was a shrug of the shoulders. We also had 1 suit case, for obvious reasons. We were told it is overweight for 1 suit case and were fined. We are so furious that Kulula has made this trip so difficult for us.
