No wheelchair available

I have had really good experiences flying with kulula. But I have been waiting at OR Tambo for a wheelchair for an HOUR with my 87 year old grandmother. It was pre-booked and we asked for it on arrival. I am sad that it is taking so long for them to help a disabled passenger.
