No voucher no help no customer service

Very disappointed Kulula won’t even issue a voucher for my ticket and I had to rebook and pay as they don’t even come back to me. I think it’s time to move to Flysafair or Life as surely a voucher for a guaranteed rebook is not too much to ask ?
