No service AT ALL

I can't really comment on the service as we received NONE. I've read the other reviews and agree with most. I will definitely never use kulula.com again. Several phone calls made (were never answered), 2 emails sent with no form of response at all. I need to change my ticket date and am wondering how to do that now? I would also like to find out how to prevent these problems from occurring again with other people... Anyone know how to do that??
