NO SERVICE

Can someone please contact me regarding a voucher that I have? I have been trying to contact KULULA for 2 weeks now. No one ever answers the phone at the call centre, no emails are answered. Promises are made via FACEBOOK - but NOTHING. Please this is urgent. ***
