No rewards after numerous flights

<p>I signed up to the avios rewards program for frequent flyers. I have had approximately 8 flights with kulula in 3 months and havent received a single reward point! I queried this and they could not assist me at all! Still today i continue to book with NO REWARDS! What a ****! if im not capturing the points correctly, why cant they show me how and assist me! trying to get kulula or avios assistance has been a nightmare!!</p>
