No Response to Request for VAT invoice

I sent an email email over a week ago requesting invoices for the flights I was on and received NO answer

This is unacceptable service and is against the law how can you charge me money and not provide a tax invoice?

I am late on VAT returns due to this. What should I say to SARS that Kulula is not complying with my request for invoices?

Hopefully you will deal with this and provide me a satisfactory reason for lack of compliance.
