No response or communication!

Is anyone else struggling to get through to Kulula.com. There is absolutely no response on my emails, no answer on their telephone line and I have submitted feedback on their website with no response! We booked tickets in March, and due to COVID-19 we could not use them. We would like to book for December but I am not getting any joy from this airline!
