No response from Kulula

I am trying to get hold of Kulula for 3 days now. I wait on the phone line for about 10 minutes and it cuts out. The contact us service via the internet gives an error message. I have sent e-mails with no response. Is this company just hell bent on taking our money and have no human consideration. I hope someone actually has the courtesy to call me back, ***
