No response

Booked a hotel with flights and car hire but during the final confirmation on the payment there was an internet error. I called immediatly as the money was taken from my account they ensured me they would esculate it to a supervisor and call me to let me know what to do that was sunday 7.30am it is now tuesday 14.00 and after 4 calls from me and not one from kulula i am still waiting for my booking confirmation . I was told yesterday that they would issue a manual confirmation via email but still has not happened.<br> Just amazes me how it now lands on me to call and follow up with no response from kulula.<br>
