No reply whatsoever

I have been trying to rebook a ticket for 6 days now. You are useless. No reply to DM's, emails nothing. You have had my money since February 2020 and have no interest in helping. Surely there is a legal recourse for this? You are just making it impossible for anyone to use their credits......
