No refund from Kulula.com

I booked a flight from Dbn to Cape town for my mum on the 28/01/19. The payment was done on the Kulula website and the payment initially came off my credit card but was reversed a few days later. I called Kulula and was told to make an eft payment which I did on the 04/02/2019. Anothet payment came off my credit card and I have been trying to resolve the issue for the last 2 weeks but I can not get any joy....or my refund back from them. Appalling customer service and no regard for their customers. I will be flying to Cape town in March 2019 but will definitely use another airline.
