NO REFUND ALLOWED ?!!!!
Hi,<br> <br> I have booked returned flights from Durban to Lanseria for the 13th of feb 2015 and return on the 15th of feb 2015.<br> <br> Due to work commitments I can not make the flight .. Thank you for your post.
In the case where a customer will not be travelling, the customer must contact the Contact Centre in advance or can make changes online at least 24 hours prior to departure.
