No refund after more than 2 months
I booked a flight from Lanseria to Port Elizabeth on 21 September 2015 (booking code VJQOYM) but had to cancel my booking the very next day.<br> Upon cancelling I spoke to Gary, who said refunds take 6-8 weeks to process. At 6 weeks, I called and was told they are still working on it... same at 8 weeks too... It has now been just over 9 weeks, and I am still waiting!!<br> It is very annoying that I get told one thing, yet it doesn't happen, and when I send Gary an email to follow up - I get no response! <br> I would like this to be sorted out ASAP - I am tired of waiting!!<br> Thank you!

A refund normally takes between 6-8 weeks to be processed and therefore I am very disappointed to learn that you have been waiting this long. I have forwarded your concerns to our Refunds Department and requested for the refund to be processed urgently.
