No Refund

I called your call centre to get a refund for a ticket for my mother as she cannot fly as my father is going for open heart surgery. I have a letter from the doctor specifying that he is going for open heart surgery and she is his caregiver. But a refund according to the lady I spoke to at kulula only applies only to the patient.<br> <br> Please advise how my mother must travel if her husband is going for open heart surgery, so we have a medical reason.<br> <br> I do not know when she will now be able to fly as she is flying with my dad from Australia to here to then fly from jhb to ct, so he cannot fly for 2 months so I cannot just reschedule the flight.<br> <br> If a refund is not possible is it not possible to get a credit I can then use when I know when to reschedule to.<br> <br> Medical certificate can be supp****.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Natalie Booysen
