NO REFUND 👎

It is with sadness to express my frustration with regards to the ticket I booked for my girlfriend who was supposed to be flying on 23 November 2021 from Durban to Cape Town on the 11 November 2021 online.

Ticket amount is R1243

I understand the rules or I understand the terms and conditions however unforseen things happen to many people in life as it did happen for my girlfriend because we had to cancel the trip because something else serious happened and unfortunately we had to cancel the ticket and ask for a refund.

I called twice and I was told I can not be refunded my money. I was only given two options,firstly to postpone the date or to use the money on the taxi's which I had nothing to do with the taxi's that they want me to use my money for so now that is my frustration about this .

I understand I did inconvenience the Company however what I do not get it or what I find it so unfair is not to get even a single cent on my money which I paid for this ticket as I was told that they can't refund my money.

I would understand if there is a penalty fee for cancelation like an around 10 to 15 % to all non refundable ticket as it is to any other Company, not to take the whole amount!..

I would appreciate if the Company can have a relook or revisit the terms and conditions and change the non refundable ticket

Not everyone is rich and not everyone can control what is happening in our lives

It was the first and probably it would be last time I support Khulula Company by buying a ticket from them.
