No Payback after death and cancellation

I booked a flight December ,but had to cancel because of death ,after discussing it with cull and sending them the death certificate and they promised to reimburse ,they just don't pay after 3 months still waiting .<br> <br> Absolutely shocking for a carrier to give such pathetic service and *****ing from the public.
