No name changes
I accidently chose the wrong Departure City for my one way ticket. (2 adults and 1 infant) I was quoted enormous amount to change to correct City. I booked New tickets on Mango. Now I have 1 adult and infant that can take over the ticket ,but I see you dont do name changes. I cannot get refund, because of the type of ticket - I accept my mistake-but why not a name change

We know mistakes can happen but unfortunately we are unable to change names. We do have a page on our website whereby the name change policy is explained. You have also agreed to this terms and conditions, once the booking was confirmed.
