No Integrity , Covid affected everyone not just you . Kalula are ******
There should be minus stars to review business like this .
We have all been impacted by Covid , the difference is that businesses like Kalula get bailouts and financial support to keep afloat whilst consumers don't. Why should we not be able to refunded for services that were not rendered and why does kalula get away with nit being available to answer questions , providing so called solutions that are not practical ?
We booked flight prior to covid (Flexible more expensive flights so that changes could be app**** to our tickets at a cost of approx 11k for 4 people have return flights to cape town) , when lock down occured we were advised not to worry as our tickets were booked at flexible rates and that we would receive a travel credit to make new bookings online when things got better from a covid perspective .
Until today we have not received the credits , in addition we have tried to use the credits by boooking through the call centre on numerous occasions but have not been able to do so for the following reasons
1.) Kalula were grounded and could not fly 2.) The prices of all new flights have been so high that even if only 3 of us were to fly we would still need to pay in 9k more , making a return flight to capetown cost 18k for a family of 3
To add insult to injury they are now saying that our "credit" will expire 1 November , it will take 6 weeks to receive a travel credit - effectively meaning that by the time the credit is issued it will no longer be valid .
Call centre agents provide invalid email addresses , take forever to answer calls and I think aren't trying to make it so difficult that people just go away silently . Not fair
This really just lacks integrity- Should have been upfront and not waisted people's time pretending to be interested in giving back what was never Kalula's to take . Please refund me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
