No help in changing of details

Trying to update my booking, money was taken from account. Kulula system crashed now booking shows incomplete yet funds pending. Called my bamk gave me authorization code for merchant (Kulula) to accept and complete my booking. Been phoning there customer service, my called keeps getting droppee by them and no sense of urgency. As an affliction to comair I would expect faster and efficient service. Especially being in the business of time sensitivity to flights
