No heart airline

Yesterday I made a booking for a return flight to Cape Town for the 8th of Oct. Today due to very unforeseen circumstances, like losing my one Job!!, I wanted to cancel. I was told my ticket is non refundable and there is nothing I can do. Even though it is just over 24 hours since I made the booking and with 3 weeks to go before the flight, a heartless airline refuses to assist in refunding. I asked if please my ticket could be changed to my husbands name they said NO. What difference does it make who uses the ticket??? You have the money for the ticket so please make a name change.

Please Kukula! Have a heart and either please change the ticket to my husband or please give me a refund. Times are hard enough as is. Confirmation number is LVGXGS
