No disability assistance
I was in an accident and I am currently on crutches with limited leg movement. <br> Kulula refused seating with leg space, right in front, at emergency doors, or anywhere else. They refuse assistance. <br> Seats are booked and paid for, but we cant take the flight.<br> It is a business setback, its embarrassing, and its totally inexcusable!!!!

Thank you for your post. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Customers with a disability are not allowed to be seated in the exit rows. Only customers who are physically fit are seated in these rows as they would need to open up the emergency exit doors in case of an emergency.
I have been trying to call you to find out why you were not allowed to travel but cannot get through on the number provided. I will try and call you again later.
